The round two of Swiss Nationals was held in Sitterdorf this weekend. The weather forecast was perfect for this weekend, just a little bit cold on Friday but no rain! That's important!
On Friday we try the car with the same setup as Lostallo and it was really good but something still missing. We did some little change on the setup and then the car was perfect!
On Saturday we just tried to do the 5 minutes and I was surprised because I did it in Lostallo, but on this track it was more difficult. I took the 2nd place behind the WC Finalist and Swiss Champion 2013 Silvio Haechler, but I was really satisfied because I was as fast as Silvio. I did the fastest lap of the day in 14.409.

In the 1/10th Haechler was really fast and he did the TQ in front of the Swiss Champion Traugott Schaer.

Sunday was a sunny and warm day.
In the 1/10th Haechler dominated the whole race but he had a problem at 5mins to the end and so Traugott Schaer could take the lead and win the race!
I lead my semifinal without problems in front of Martinelli Luca and Stalder Roland. In the second semifinal also the other XRAY driver, Claudio Pasquin, could gain the access to the A-Main Final.
In the final, Silvio and me started really good and we were really fast but I did a mistake and I lost one lap. After that I was in 10th position but I tried to push and after 15min of race I was already in 2nd position. It was really difficult to reach Haechler because I was 3/4 of lap behind him and after 45mins of race I finished 2nd. I set another best lap time of the final. The car was really perfect! Easy to drive and really fast. It was a pitty that I did that mistake.
